Ayser Ali was born in Bulgaria in 1978 where she completed her elementary and high-school education. In 2000, she graduated from the Department of International Affairs of Istanbul University School of Economics. She worked in various companies in the field of international trade. Currently, she is pursuing her graduate education in the Management and Organization Department of Marmara University. She is fluent in Bulgarian, Russian and English.

Nermin Mollaoglu graduated from the Sisli School of Nursing. She studied teaching while she was working as a nurse in Trakya University. After graduating in 2000, she went to the United States for her graduate education and completed her study in Methodology and Development of Material in Connecticut University. Upon her return to Turkey, she started working in Yapı Kredi Publishing House, one of the biggest and most prestigious publishers in Turkey, and held the position of Foreign Affairs and Rights Coordinator for three years. In 2005, Mollaoglu established Kalem Agency. Currently, she is studying at the Business Law Program at Istanbul Bilgi University, from where she will receive her second M.A. degree. Her thesis subject is the loopholes concerning the rights of authors and translators in Turkey.
